Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to every booking and ride with VOYA Private Chauffeurs, a trade name of W69 AI Consultancy. By booking a ride you agree to these terms.

1. Services

VOYA offers private chauffeur services: airport and city transfers, day tours and event transport, carried out with a professional chauffeur and a vehicle of your choice (Sedan, V-Class, S-Class or Sprinter).

2. Booking and confirmation

A ride is concluded once you have completed the booking and the payment has been processed. You receive a confirmation with a reference number. You are responsible for providing the correct address, time and contact details.

3. Prices and payment

The price is calculated in real time based on the exact route, distance and driving time and includes VAT. The price shown is a fixed price: no surcharges for traffic, weather or demand apply.

Payment is made in advance via our payment provider Mollie (iDEAL, credit card and other methods).

4. Cancellation and changes

You can cancel or change a ride free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. To cancel or change, contact us via WhatsApp or phone.

5. Performance, delay and waiting time

For airport transfers we track your flight and adjust the pick-up time in case of delay or early arrival, at no extra cost. For other rides a reasonable waiting time applies; prolonged delays beyond our control may incur additional costs, which we agree with you in advance.

6. Customer obligations

You provide correct and complete details and are present at the agreed time and place. Behaviour that endangers safety or the vehicle may lead to termination of the ride without a right to a refund.

7. Liability

VOYA carries out every ride with the utmost care. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant ride, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for consequential damage, such as missed flights or appointments, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme traffic or weather).

8. Complaints and applicable law

Have a complaint? Let us know within a reasonable period via hello@voyataxi.com and we will look for a solution together.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
