When you make a booking or contact request we process: your name, email address, phone number, pick-up and destination address, preferred time, number of passengers and any remarks.

When you pay, your payment details are processed by our payment provider Mollie. We never store credit card or bank account numbers ourselves.

To carry out and confirm your ride, to contact you, to process your payment and to comply with legal (for example tax) obligations.

We do not use your data for unrelated purposes and never sell it to third parties.

Standard data-processing agreements apply with these parties and they process your data solely on our behalf.

We keep booking data no longer than necessary to carry out the ride and for statutory retention periods (such as the 7-year tax retention obligation for invoices). After that we delete it.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Email hello@voyataxi.com; we respond within 30 days.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our website runs entirely over a secure (https) connection.

We only use functional cookies needed for the site to work; no advertising tracking.
